The idea for this map came from a random thought one night: what if the original Thirteen Colonies of the United States were shifted to the north? What if we traded out the southern colonies for the Canadian ones? This scenario raises a bunch of ‘what if?’ questions, and I found it fun to ponder…but difficult to squeeze it into three summary paragraphs.
